PROJECT SUPERVISOR ENGINEERS
• Candidate should possess at least City and Guilds or OND/HND/HND in civil/ structural engineering with at least 5 years hands on experience in building construction.
• Must be an executor

QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Reporting to the Head of Project, he will be responsible for preparation of project cost control and bills of quantities. He will also be responsible for material scheduling, contract documentation and valuation for stage payment.
Candidate should possess the following skills, knowledge, attributes and qualifications:
• Quantitative and strong analytical skills
• Diligent and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to gather information for price comparison
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit
• HND/B.Sc degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum of 8 years post graduation experience in both contracting and consulting firm.

TECHNICIAN FOR WOOD/FURNITURE WORK
• Trade Test Grade 1 in Carpentry/Woodworks
• 5 years hands on experience in doors, kitchen cabinets and wardrobes.
